What does Bayor do?
Bayor designs and builds mobile and web applications for founders and small companies - from the first conversation through design, development and deployment. Projects range from zero-to-shipped products to rebuilding existing codebases and broken proofs of concept. Product design, UX, design systems and monetisation architecture are part of the work, not add-ons.
Is Bayor an agency or a freelancer?
Neither. Bayor is one person - Mingaudas Vagonis - who designs, builds and ships the product. You talk directly to the person building it. No account managers, no handoffs, no briefing a junior who briefs another junior. Every decision goes through one person who understands the whole picture.
Can one person really design and build an entire product?
Yes - that's the whole model. Mingaudas has been building apps for ten years and covers product thinking, UX, visual design, engineering and deployment. Past projects include a women's health app designed and shipped from scratch against a hardware launch date, an AI finance app rebuilt from the ground up after another team stalled, and an education platform built so an independent lecturer could scale without scaling herself.
Pricing and scope
How does pricing work?
Fixed project price, not hourly. Because there is no clock running, fixing a flow that doesn't feel right or chasing an opportunity the brief didn't mention isn't a change request - it's just how the work gets done. Going the extra mile is not billed separately.
What happens if bugs show up at release?
They get fixed, at no extra cost. Bug fixes at release are included in the project price. You ordered a working product, so that's what you get.

How does a project start?
With a conversation about the user, the business, and what success actually looks like - not filling out a brief. Before going deep, Mingaudas builds something you can touch: a demo or proof of concept, real enough to react to. It's faster than describing ideas and more honest than a slide deck.
Where is Bayor based, and who does it work with?
Bayor is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and works with founders and small companies across North America. Communication is direct and frequent - you hear from Mingaudas when something is worth discussing, not for the sake of a status update. Clients consistently say the speed and ease of communication surprised them, partly because there is nobody in between.
How many clients does Bayor take on at once?
A small number at a time. Not to seem exclusive - it's the only way to do the work properly. If timing matters for your launch, it's worth asking about availability early.

Will my project be kept confidential?
Yes. The case studies published on this site are anonymised - client names and identifying details are removed.
